Terms of Service

Plain-English summary: you pay money, your public rank goes up, and that is the entire transaction. Replace this page with the counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

1. What you buy. Egorithm sells one service: public visibility on a ranking, delivered immediately and in full at the moment your payment succeeds. There are no prizes, rewards, winnings, returns on money, interest, dividends, chances, or benefits of any other kind.

2. Final sale. Because the service is delivered immediately, all sales are final. You expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.

3. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payments by minors are refunded and the profile closed.

4. Not gambling, not an investment. Your rank has no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn, and may go down when others pay. Nothing here is a financial product.

5. Public content. Names, photos, links, and messages are public and permanent. We remove content that targets private individuals, contains contact details, or violates law, and may quarantine messages pending review.

6. Spending limits. $500 per payment. If spending on your account appears compulsive or unauthorized, we may pause purchases and contact you. You may request self-exclusion at any time.

7. Data. We store your email, name, and payment records (via Stripe). You may request deletion; ledger amounts may be retained in anonymized form for accounting.
