Who is responsible

What we hold

Published by you, and public by design: your handle, your photo or monogram, your links, your description, your public messages, your total paid and your position.

Not public: your email address, your payment history, whether you opted in to emails, and the record of your acceptance of these terms (version, IP address and timestamp at the moment of payment).

Collected automatically: clicks on the outbound links of profiles, and profile views. These are used to understand what the ranking actually sends people to. Logged-out visitors are counted but not identified.

We never receive or store your card details. Stripe does.

Why, and on what basis

To provide the service you paid for, and to run your account: performance of our contract with you.

To keep proof of what you accepted when you paid, and to keep accounting records: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in defending a disputed payment.

To moderate content and prevent abuse and fraud: our legitimate interest, and our obligations as a hosting provider.

To email you when someone passes you: your consent, given by the opt-in checkbox and withdrawable at any time from your profile page.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file hosting), Vercel (site hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the image moderation provider used to check uploaded photos.

Some of these are located outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long

Public profile content: for as long as the profile exists.

Payment records and terms-acceptance evidence: ten years, as required for accounting and to defend a disputed payment.

Clicks and views: [À REMPLIR : durée retenue, ex. 25 mois] then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to the contact address above.

Deleting your account removes your profile from the ranking. Payment amounts are retained in anonymised form because accounting records must be kept.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
